Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Sets up tables with china, silverware, and other service equipment; and break down assigned banquet rooms according to banquet event orders and supervisor’s instructions.
  • Services of food and beverages according to standards and banquet event orders.
  • Handles guest requests or gets assistance from supervisor or manager.
  • Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
  • Maintains Hilton’s high standards of quality and service.
  • Maintains all cleanliness and sanitation pf banquet rooms, public areas, banquet pantry and storage areas along with personal hygiene.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

  • Ability to read, speak and comprehend English in order to receive instructions from managers and guests.
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
  • No experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
