Description · Prepare all dressings and cold sauces. · Ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously. · Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc. · Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments. · Assist servers and set up housepersons if needed. · Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management. · Maintain health and sanitation standards. · Maintain safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages · Assist in setting tables with linen and basic silver and glass maintaining high standard of presentation · Assist in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions Requirements · Available nights, weekends & holidays · Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. · Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. · Hearing, writing, typing. · Minimum pulling of 50 pounds. · Other duties may be assigned. · Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations. · High school education and relevant training and experience preferred. · CPR training and first aid training preferred. Responsibilities

The server is responsible for preparing cold sauces and dressings, ensuring high-quality guest service by continuously monitoring the area, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and beverages. Duties also include serving items correctly, assisting other staff, and immediately relaying guest feedback to management.
