Description Position Summary The On-Call Banquet Server is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service for hotel events, meetings, and special functions. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience by ensuring events are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, linens, glassware, and equipment Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service during events Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members Break down and reset rooms following events Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Support team members to ensure successful event execution Qualifications Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions Work Environment Event-driven schedule based on business needs Indoor banquet and meeting space with occasional outdoor events Fast-paced, guest-focused hospitality environment We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
