Requirements Qualifications: Skilled caregivers trained in Dementia. On call caregivers must understand and be willing to work: 12-hour (am & pm) Shifts In residential Homes In facilities Work well with animals Dementia clients Available your entire 12 hours, Travel to any location in that area at during that 12-hour shift period. Have your own transportation. Responsibilities: (could include but not limited to) Bathing Dressing Grooming / Personal Care Incontinence Care / Toileting Assistance Daily Laundry / Linens Light Housekeeping Meal Prep Medication Reminders Dementia/Memory Care Standby Assistance for Taking Walks Transportation / Errands
