This position requires the technician to live on-site and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond quickly to maintenance emergencies and after-hours service requests. You’ll handle a wide range of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general property upkeep, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.
