Position Summary The On Call Server provides reliable, high-standard table service to support food and beverage operations during fluctuating demand. This position exists to ensure guests receive timely, accurate service when events, peak periods, or staffing gaps require additional coverage. Key responsibilities include guest greeting and table management; accurate entry and delivery of food and beverage orders; ongoing table maintenance and reset; completion of assigned side work; assistance with event setup and breakdown; and strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety requirements. Required qualifications/skills: - Active Food Handlers Permit - Ability to communicate clearly, maintain professional service standards, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment If you are prepared to deliver consistent hospitality on a flexible schedule, submit your application for the On Call Server role. Pay & Coverage This On Call Server opportunity offers $14–$16 per hour, with weekly pay. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. Service Flow Snapshot As an On Call Server, your shift may begin with a brief check-in on event timing, guest counts, and service pacing. You will move between the floor and service areas to keep timing tight, coordinate updates with the team, and stay attentive to guest cues. During high-volume windows, priorities can change quickly; you will adjust calmly, keep communication clear, and maintain a polished guest experience through closeout and final resets.
