Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

To grow and develop Staffs Fitness Ltd. Online sales, achieving commercial and customer satisfaction targets in line with the company business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To manage 5 click to buy web site sales channels ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively to provide a positive customer experience and maximise sales revenue.
  • To manage online sales channels ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively to provide a positive customer experience and maximise sales revenue - E Bay, Amazon, Facebook marketplace
  • To be responsible for the management of retail sales which are processed outside of the online sales platforms
  • To create and manage a process that takes, progresses and monitor sales orders, capturing and recording new customer orders for further sales development opportunities.
  • To work with marketing to engage and maintain positive contact with customers who buy through online channels, building engagement through advertising, promotions, and customer loyalty programmes.
  • To create brand awareness and new sales by effective online sales marketing.
  • To create new sales by suggesting and working on new product development.
  • To ensure that online sales platforms are positioned strongly within the marketplace with emphasis on the following: Web sites which encourage engagement and click to buy. Products which are price matched and competitive within the marketplace. Appropriate and timely offers, sales, and promotions.
  • Develop and implement an Online and Retail sales marketing plan.
  • Ensure the achievement of Trust Pilot or similar across all online platforms.
  • To monitor and manage sales targets and achievement.
  • To oversee the order processing of the department.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Staff management of the Online & Retail sales team.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction targets are met, managing the resolution of any customer issues constructively and with positive outcomes.
  • To be responsible for facilitating the Online sales return process, ensuring the effective liaison with customers, customer returns, credits, and facilitation of items back to stock.
  • To protect the company reputation by providing a high standard of customer service
  • To check out the competition actively and regularly, changing selling tactics and practise as required to ensure the achievement of sales.
  • To provide sales reporting as required by the business.
  • To perform any ad hoc duties as appropriate. – General sales support
