The On-Premise Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and adapting the trade marketing strategy across various segments, including Bar/Pub, Party/Dance, Casino, QSR, Catering, Lodging, and Delivery. They will implement marketing programs that secure new business opportunities, whilst expanding execution and driving demand within new & existing accounts.
In addition, the position will manage all marketing related projects for our top Key Account Partners whilst developing marketing concepts that help acquiring and grow new partners all with an aim to establish a sustainable partnership with the important players in the market, leveraging Red Bull product and brand to win new customers and selling more cans to existing and new consumers.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within FMCG
A strong understanding, and love of, the local On Premise industry
Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
Solid understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Key Accounts
Demonstrated experienced in planning, project management and establishing new business partnerships, along with strong presentation skills
Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a “do-it-now” attitude. You are flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
