ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist – ALM On-Premise to join our passionate team in VIC or NSW on a permanent, full-time basis. You will help bring the ALM On-Premise brand to life through multi-channel campaigns, digital execution, supplier collaboration and meaningful customer engagement.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our promotions, brand storytelling, and digital presence connect strongly with our trade customers – all while growing your own skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • You will help deliver digital marketing campaigns, share performance insights, and support strategy improvements.
  • You will work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • You will manage website updates and EDMs, keeping content accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaigns.
  • You will assist in creating and scheduling social media content while monitoring engagement and reporting on performance.
  • You will help develop quarterly catalogue briefs, gather supplier content, and coordinate distribution.
  • You will tailor marketing communications to different customer groups to strengthen engagement.
  • You will coordinate supplier-funded campaigns and build strong relationships through clear communication.
  • You will support trade media, PR, and budget tracking, ensuring assets meet brand standards and campaigns stay on budget.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the liquor, FMCG, or wholesale sectors.
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • You’re detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and love working collaboratively.
  • You’re experienced in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and Meta tools.
  • You have strong writing and communication skills and a data-savvy approach to campaign optimisation.
  • You’re proactive, passionate about marketing, and excited to support the success of independent liquor businesses.
