On-Premise Sales Relief Representative’s primary responsibility is to cover existing Account Sales Manager’s territory / route while the ASM is out on PTO, sick, or extended leave. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Sales Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business. Monthly goal is established by On Premise Manager. Sells and delivers products or renders services to customer using company provided vehicle over an established route. Accountable for all inventory signed onto vehicle. Prepares order forms and sales contracts. Issues or obtains customer signature and/or collects money on receipt for pickup or delivery. Achieves allocated monthly sales quotas, new account targets, and multiple SKU execution goals. Focus on the introduction of all approved SKUs into customer location. Responsible for all paperwork ensuring that it is complete and accurate; including but not limited to obtaining signatures, proof of delivery (POD) receipts, etc. Collects payment from customers either at time of delivery or obtains signature for charge accounts. Assists Accounts Payable with communication of NSF or Balance Owed issues. Customer Service Listens to and resolves service complaints. If a complaint cannot be resolved the Account Manager, must alert their Manger so that the complaint can be brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Presents a professional demeanor and appearance in interacting with Customers to best advance the sales of product and the image of Red Bull Energy Drink. Places stock as directed by staff either behind bar or in storage location. Ensures that all coolers and displays are kept clean and in good repair. Marketing Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues pertinent sales promotion materials to customers. Including but not limited to coolers, permanent menu placements, consumption activations, posters, frames, table tents. Makes customers aware of all promotions that are available to them in their appropriate channel. Trains customers to meet KPI standards in location. Builds brand awareness in location through the utilization of approved brand messaging, coolers, and other marketing supplies. Works to achieve and maintain marketing standards such as menu placement, staff training, product visibility, perfect serve, and consumption activation. Must possess a valid high school diploma or equivalent GED. This position requires general lifting of 45lbs and lifting with a handcart of up to 200lbs. This position requires repetitious movement of arms and back during the carrying of cases from vehicle to storage location. Must possess a valid driver's license with a solid driving history. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Must possess strong verbal communication skills.
