Responsibilities
  • Build and manage supplier relationships across both state-based and national liquor partners to negotiate competitive pricing and drive value for on-premise customers.
  • Support category growth by identifying exclusive offers, volume-based pricing strategies, and expanding pouring programs with key suppliers.
  • Optimise pricing structures through ongoing analysis of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand, while maintaining accurate pricing tools and data.
  • Lead and support liquor tenders, coordinating end-to-end processes including data collection, supplier negotiations, internal alignment, and timely submission.
  • Drive continuous improvement, enhancing pricing processes, supplier engagement, and tender strategies to align with broader business objectives.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or the liquor industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • A solid understanding of basic commercial principles, including pricing and negotiation
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
