Description

We are seeking a dedicated and adventurous Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Photographer to join our production team during the filming of our upcoming documentary. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments, enjoy capturing authentic, candid moments, and can creatively document the filmmaking process. The BTS Photographer will accompany the crew in diverse locations—often off the beaten path and occasionally on the water—capturing the essence of production and the people involved.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a photographer, preferably with on-set or documentary BTS work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in candid, environmental, and documentary-style photography.
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods, including remote locations and water-based shoots.
  • Access to a wide range of lenses (14mm–600mm) or comfortable using provided Nikon equipment covering that range.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing and retouching.
  • Strong eye for storytelling through still photography.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently in dynamic, unpredictable environments.
If you are passionate about storytelling, thrive in outdoor adventure settings, and have the skills to capture the energy of a documentary production, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
