CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Manager to aid in daily office operations and perform routine inspections of a large-scale Master Association in Columbia, SC 29229. The Assistant Manager will also sit at the front of house and act as the on-site receptionist of the community. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred. The position hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Salary is determined by the candidate's level of experience related to the industry, starting at $37,000 annually. Responsibilities Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job Provide coverage to the front desk Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office. Provide day-to-day administrative support Attend Management firm meetings, as necessary Maintain communication with homeowners Respond to homeowners needs.
