JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable On-Site Calibration Specialist to join our team. This role is 90% on-site at client locations such as offices, hospitals, museums, shopping malls, airports, and other large facilities. The primary responsibility is to calibrate, optimize, and support the deployment of indoor navigation and location-based technology solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a technical background who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and client interaction. You don’t need advanced knowledge of RF or communication systems — just a solid technical foundation, strong troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Strong interest in calibration, system setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to perform independent first-level debugging of issues on-site.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client-facing environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse environments (hospitals, malls, airports, campuses, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site system calibration and optimization for indoor navigation and positioning solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys, mapping, and data collection to verify accuracy and system coverage.
  • Independently debug first-level issues (software setup, hardware connections, configuration mismatches) before escalating.
  • Document calibration activities, troubleshooting steps, and results in a clear and structured way.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, explanations, and basic training when needed.
  • Act as the on-site representative of the company, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Travel frequently (domestic and international) to client locations for deployments and support.
