Description This part-time, as-needed position provides on-site technical and quality oversight for the construction and repair of tank and POL fuel systems. Work may occur at various project locations, and travel for up to two months at a time may be required. The supervisor monitors daily construction progress and performs site inspections to confirm all work meets schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role enforces quality control procedures and ensures contractors understand and follow approved designs, shop drawings, and specifications. The supervisor identifies and resolves on-site technical issues, coordinating with the project manager, engineers, and clients to keep work moving. The role maintains detailed logs, progress records, and inspection reports, and provides regular status updates to project managers. The supervisor also supports procurement and coordination needs for field engineering activities and participates in project meetings to offer technical input and recommend improvements. Requirements Qualifications Minimum ten (10) years of experience working with fuel systems Minimum two (5) years field experience with DoD POL facilities Expertise in the repair and/or construction of tank and POL fuel systems and associated infrastructure Intermediate knowledge of API repair requirements CQM-C certification within last five (5) years Experience reviewing welder qualifications, coatings applications, performance data, test results and third party NDE testing data. U.S. Citizen with passport, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a military security clearance Ability to work at heights, climb tanks and scaffolding, and work outdoors in varying conditions EM 385-1-1 or OSHA 30 certified is preferred Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods on short notice Enterprise Engineering Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Selected candidates must successfully pass drug screening and background check.
