• Responsible for checking in employees at multiple job sites on 2nd Shift 6:00pm - 3:00am
• Assist with recruiting and identifying candidates for several warehouse positions.
• Reconcile shift hours in timekeeping system.
• Provide employees with required PPE prior to starting work.
• Accurately document shift attendance and provide daily report to management.
• Communicate with Operations team to obtain new hire information and maintain employee roster.
• Contact employees to confirm schedules and communicate any changes as they occur.
• Assist in new hire orientations onsite for temporary personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
