THE POSITION:

We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Coordinator to join our team in Dunstable (maternity cover).
Shift Pattern: 10am - 6pm, Any 5 days out of 7 (Flexibility is a must)
Contract Type: 1 year fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Location: LU5 4RZ

• Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI’s
• Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce
• Communicate key information on business updates and changes
• Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client
• Deliver against client’s requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours
