  • 1 to 3 years in hospitality sales, event coordination, or guest service roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an On-Site Express Meeting Manager to be the face of our meeting and event sales program. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you will welcome walk-in prospects, host site tours, book short-lead meetings, and ensure flawless day-of execution.
You will be the in-person connection that transforms interest into bookings, managing quick-turn meeting room sales, catering inquiries, and pop-up events with speed, precision, and hospitality excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the in-person lead for express meetings, catering inquiries, and walk-in prospects
  • Proactively make calls to generate new clients for catering, meeting spaces, and small group business
  • Deliver tailored, engaging site tours that showcase our facilities and amenities
  • Guide clients through quick decision-making with clear pricing and availability
  • Manage express bookings, typically within 1 to 30 days, for small meetings, trainings, or pop-up events
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact during meetings and handle last-minute requests with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and property management systems
  • Follow up with past prospects to convert interest into bookings
  • Keep meeting rooms and tour spaces in guest-ready condition at all times
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to adjust offers based on demand
  • Report on booking trends and client feedback to enhance program success
