When you join our team, you will become involved in supporting or delivering some of the biggest and most complex machinery installation and relocation projects in the world. Our people are experts in a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, print, packaging, FMCG, metals and many more.

REQUIREMENTS

• Site Supervision: Oversee the installation, relocation, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams of electricians and mechanics, ensuring efficient task execution and resource allocation.
• Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients on-site to ensure requirements are met and address any technical concerns.
• Quality Control: Ensure high standards of workmanship, conducting regular site inspections and audits

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Languages: Must speak Chinese, English, and the local language of residence in Europe.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an industrial supervisory role within mechanical or electrical projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial machinery installation, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems.
• Education: Technical degree or qualification in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating technical teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.
