Job Description Conduct buyer walks with the construction/sales team and record punch list items Coordinating vendors and apartment access to complete punch list items Vendor cost tracking and reconciliations Organizing Meetings Will need to directly communicate w/ team members, unit owners, and ownership In person 5 Days per week Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgets Monitor sponsor projects and punch list progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Work with Ownership and Management to eliminate blockers Assist with all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreements) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Requirements junior project manager position with some (not required) construction knowledge.
