About the Role We are seeking a Full-time On-Site Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in West Covina, CA. This role includes a 50% rent discount, giving you the opportunity to live on-site in either a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom unit, making this a strong value position for someone looking to combine work and housing. What You’ll Do Maintain a high level of professionalism with residents, vendors, and team members Ensure community cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall property standards Complete daily work orders and assist with unit turns Perform general maintenance, including: Plumbing Electrical Painting Appliance repair Basic HVAC Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds Identify and report maintenance issues proactively Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents Support the Community Manager and team with maintenance-related needs Requirements Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance or related experience Experience in: Electrical, Plumbing, Plumbing, Carpentry/woodwork, Tile work & Water line installation Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to lift 50 lbs+ Must have: Basic hand tools Valid driver’s license Trade certifications are a plus Why Join Beach Front Property Management?
