Schedule: * Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Job Requirements: * Must be 18 years of age * 2+ years of experience in home care services * Must past Criminal Background check and drug screening * Previous leadership and sales experience preferred Essential Duties: * Maintain client schedules * Maintain client charting sheets * Build relationships with clients and staff * Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals * Training new employees * Maintain COMMUNICATION with everyone; Office, Director, and clients * Customer service and Care Services * Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare’s standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents. * Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
