The successful candidate will leverage logistics expertise to oversee the customer experience, ensuring accurate processing of all outbound and inbound paperwork to meet published transit times. Additionally, the On-Site Operative will provide proactive customer service through DHL’s IT platform or direct communication, while ensuring compliance with all specialist shipping requirements, including those for Dangerous Goods.
