ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a full-time Onsite Manager (or couple) to oversee daily operations at our hospitality property in Arnold, CA. This role combines guest services, property management, and light housekeeping, providing a hands-on opportunity to help run a well-loved property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries (via rezStream)
• Maintain property cleanliness and organization (housekeeping for ~5 rooms/day; maid service provided for extra)
• Oversee minor maintenance and coordinate vendors as needed
• Support overall smooth operation of the property
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
