Description On-Site Resident Manager – Fowler, CA GSF Properties Inc. GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional On-Site Resident Manager to join our team at a 60-unit affordable housing community in Fowler, CA. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality operations, exceptional resident satisfaction, and full compliance with regulatory and company standards. In this position, you will oversee the effective management and maintenance of the community, support financial objectives, and ensure all operational processes align with company policies and affordable housing requirements. Compensation: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a 2-bedroom on-site unit and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
