Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • 10 years’ proven experience as a Retail/Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales principles, and customer service practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrational and financial skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Manage food safety standards with the quality team.
  • Create and execute marketing or promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
