We are looking for an On-Site Sales Coordinator to provide additional support to the field sales team. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities and to help maximize their performance. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team by preparing quotations, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and provide prompt customer service.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and managing the entire order lifecycle by updating the information from different external sources (customers, OEMs, and other vendors)
  • Assist with equipment or material ordering, quoting, and invoicing.
  • Respond to complaints from customers’ inquiries and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Manage the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or event.

Requirements:

  • Solid computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborator with prominent level of dedication
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize them.
  • Relevant experience in material handling industry or dealership management software is a plus.
