We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

SKILLS

• Bilingual in English and Chinese(Mandarin)
• Familiarity with furniture sales
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target accounts.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
