On-Site Staff Posted on: 3/5/2026 Location: The Heron - 1624 E 32nd St, Tacoma Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM Reports To: Area Manager Pay Range: 21.30-21.58  Accomodation: One Bedroom - Rental rate of $50 per month. Must Pay utilities, Must live on site. Position Type: Non-exempt, unionized position (OPEIU 8)   On-Site Staff perform and schedule routine maintenance and janitorial of common areas, grounds maintenance, garbage removal, weeding, replacing locks and light bulbs, performing minor carpentry and painting.    Responsibilities: * Respond to emergencies on site, as needed, sometimes after hours. * Respond to residents’ concerns and questions regarding the building. * Inspect the building’s interior and exterior regularly. Responsibilities
