We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful execution of projects. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Salesforce for effective data management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with cold calling techniques for sourcing candidates is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.
