What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise site crews on epoxy, polyurethane, and resin flooring installations
• Coordinate daily tasks, site setups, and ensure materials are ready
• Interpret site plans and job specifications with accuracy
• Maintain strong safety and quality standards on-site
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors professionally
• Be hands-on when needed — lead by example, not just direction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in epoxy, resin, or industrial flooring (2+ years)
• Leadership ability with confidence to motivate and coordinate crews
• Solid understanding of floor prep and coating techniques
• White Card and current driver’s licence (essential)
• Forklift or EWP ticket (advantageous)
• Reliable, punctual, and proud of the work you deliver
