CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the successful candidate, you will have strong administrative skills, and a keen eye for attention to detail. You will have a working understanding of the occupational health industry, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience and report writing skills is essential.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in coordinating service initiatives, and be keen to support site service operations. You will also have a current First Aid/CPR Certificate and Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain these (please speak to us if you need support in obtaining certification).

Highly desirable:

  • Health/exercise related bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Certified to Collect Specimens other than Blood

We are currently looking for a Site Services Support Officer to join our Site Services team WA , on a Full-Time basis, working 38 hours per week. This role will be based in our Osborne Park Office, and report directly to the Project Manager – Site Services.

DUTIES

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support to team of health and medical professionals across WA.
  • Assisting in the coordination of our Health Services Permits (Poison Permits) and Doctor on call Services
  • Deliver services which may include but not limited to health assessments, drug and alcohol screening, audiometry and spirometry and educational seminars (subject to experience and qualification)
  • Maintain administrative duties, planning and coordination of services for our Corporate Clients.

This position will provide opportunity to learn and develop new skills, being part of our diverse Site Services Team, you will have exposure to onsite medical services, and health services permits (poison permits), first aid audits and our immunisation program.
