Job Description Our Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in homes and workplaces. This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience. Your excellent communications skills coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems is critical. Equally important is your proactive ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic. This position is based out of Nelson Noel Leeming, and will be 45 hours per week Being a field based role, it will be essential for you to have a full clean New Zealand Drivers license to have the ability to operate one of our company vehicles. Qualifications What is your key to success? Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service Confidence to set up and install technology Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer Driven, and confident in trouble shooting problems. The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time Experience preferred yet not essential: Apple OS/IOS knowledge Experience in school, enterprise or SME IT support roles Device management knowledge Software knowledge - Jamf, Google admin and/or Microsoft admin What we can offer you?
