Job Description: On-Site Technology Services Technician Hourly Rate: $40 – $52/hr (Based on Experience) Engagement Term: September 2, 2025 – June 30, 2026 (10 months, 42 weeks; approx. 1,875 hours) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week; flexibility required for early/late shifts as needed) Location: St. James, NY 11780 – On-site Position Overview ESO Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced On-Site Technology Services Technician. The technician will be responsible for imaging, installing, configuring, maintaining, and securing end-user devices, while delivering exceptional customer support to staff and clinical teams. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide top-level customer support with clear communication on completed work. Image, install, configure, maintain, and secure PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other domain-connected equipment. Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android) across multiple hardware platforms. Deploy and validate software updates using enterprise deployment tools. Troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, AV equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, maintain, and repair network printers. Participate in assigned IT projects, offering technical expertise and solutions. Provide regular updates to management and technical guidance to team members. Manage and update Help Desk tickets promptly and accurately. Deliver high-level support through both remote and on-site assistance with proper documentation. Evaluate and test new hardware/software for organizational adoption. Collaborate with clinical and technical staff to design and implement modifications (e.g., scanner and peripheral installations). Requirements Minimum 2 years of Tech Support experience, preferably in a hospital or large enterprise environment. Ability to install, configure, and test end-user devices and peripheral equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. Must meet all hospital immunization requirements (documentation required before engagement). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, squat, crawl under desks, and climb ladders. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. nt. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
