Join us and contribute to driving excellence at MOTOLITE! Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the plant. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules. Track work order execution and follow up on task closures. Analyze equipment performance and maintenance history. Optimize spare parts inventory levels. Coordinate with departments for downtime scheduling. Generate reports for equipment reliability and downtime. Support maintenance budget and planning reviews. Maintain CMMS or SAP-based work order systems. Liaise with technicians and engineers for task prioritization. Monitor compliance with preventive maintenance targets. Qualifications: Engineering degree or relevant technical background. Experience with SAP PM, CMMS, or other maintenance tools. Strong analytical and planning skills. Excellent documentation and coordination abilities.
