We're actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen our presence and drive growth for our exceptional portfolio of super premium spirits within the on-premise channel – specifically high-end bars, restaurants, and exclusive clubs. This role is a hands-on opportunity, focusing purely on operational sales excellence and direct engagement with our most prestigious accounts. Your mission will be to ensure our super premium brands are not just available, but are celebrated, preferred, and showcased as the pinnacle of quality at every elite establishment you manage. Meaningful Work From Day One What you can expect ● Achieve sales and distribution goals through the execution of brand building activities and education tools of assigned On Trade clients: ○ Negotiate trade agreements with key consumption points that include (Volume, portfolio, visibility, Promotional, promotion and activation) ○ Regular and systematic visits to the client according to the work plan previously agreed with the Manager Area. ○ Establish an excellent relationship with the points of sale at all levels (Owner, Bartender, Key Waiters, Buyer) ○ Report all field work according to BF processes through the hardware provided and the CRM program. ○ Ensure an optimal stock level within your customers. ○ Collect and update information on the activities of competitors, consumers, the dynamics of commerce and report to Area Managers. (Hospitality and intermediaries ○ Run brand training programs for core customers. ○ POS Material Management ● Management of the wholesalers assigned. What you bring ● Demonstrable experience in sales in the alcoholic beverages, luxury, or consumer goods sector, especially in the HORECA channel or premium accounts. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ● Deep knowledge of the in Northeast Area (Girona ,Barcelona & Border ) market , a network of contacts in the on-trade channel. ● Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented. ● Passion for spirits brands, with a sensitivity for luxury and detail. ● High level of Spanish and English (oral and written). ● Driver's license and availability to travel around the Community of Catalunya.
