Work model: Hybrid DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboard a portfolio of new clients and act as a trusted advisor while developing high-performing PPC campaigns. Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services. Identify customer objectives and present tailored solutions that match their needs. Build strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for both immediate impact and sustained performance. Increase campaign spend and drive upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate and complete customer data within the CRM system. Manage a high volume of potential clients through daily phone outreach. REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with advanced studies in Marketing or Communications considered a plus. Native/fluent Danish and fluent (minimum B2) English language proficiency. At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing or high-stakes environments. Ability to work independently while meeting goals with limited supervision. Experience managing customer data and using CRM tools to support sales processes. Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and outreach strategies. Clear and effective communication skills across a variety of audiences. Comfortable presenting, writing professional content, and collaborating in team settings. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative. Ability to analyse competitors, understand market trends, and support strategic planning. Understanding of the Dutch market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and stakeholder complexity.
