THE ROLE :
Working within the Talent team offering an excellent level of service to all our candidates, guiding them through the full on-boarding process, ensuring an experience-led journey, and collating all information required for background checking in a fast and efficient manner.
Take ownership for and be the main point of contact for all assigned candidates during their on-boarding journey, and collate all the required documents to complete a full onboarding pack for our new colleagues.
Conduct all pre-employment screening checks, including referencing, contracts, criminal records checks and other associated vetting, ensuring strict compliance to defined requirements, escalating where a candidate may not satisfy the requirements prior to start date.
Monitor related mailboxes and action queries accordingly.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the candidate experience and on-boarding process.
Other associated duties as directed and/or delegated to by Talent Onboarding Manager.
