Description The Onboarding Advisor at Great Waters Financial serves as the primary point of contact for prospects, playing a pivotal role in captivating future Great Waters clients. This role is essential in effectively communicating and promoting the value proposition of Great Waters while actively contributing to the expansion of our client base. The Onboarding Advisor leads the charge in delivering an exceptional Client Experience by conducting meetings with prospects and referrals, fostering relationships with prospects, overseeing the prospective client pipeline, and ensuring a seamless transition from the sales process to the ongoing Relationship Management team. Additionally, the Onboarding Advisor presents and facilitates educational seminars, achieves target levels of conversion and close rates, and actively contributes to expanding our reach within the market. Responsibilities: Effectively communicate and sell the Great Waters value proposition while guiding prospective clients through the “Architecting Your Retirement” sales process. Build relationships with prospects, holding meetings with clients and referrals. Achieve target levels of conversion and close rates. Manage the new client experience by coordinating from the sales process to the Relationship Management team. Manage the prospect pipeline, including follow-up emails and phone calls. Maintain proper CRM management, distributing critical client/referral information accordingly. Prospect future Great Waters clients by attending, facilitating, and presenting at educational workshops and marketing events. Provide training and development for other team members. Work cross functionally with other departments to further company initiatives. Onboarding Advisor Base Salary (Level 3-4): $85,000 – $109,000 annually This position is eligible for uncapped variable compensation based on individual performance and achievement of defined metrics. Estimated variable compensation: $60,000 - $84,000+ annually Estimated total compensation (base + variable): approximately $145,000 - $220,000+ annually Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus This position is part of a structured career framework with 7 total levels. Actual compensation will depend on role level, experience, and individual performance against defined metrics.
