As an Onboarding Agent, you will facilitate the verification process for our clients - small to medium European businesses. At the same time, the Onboarding team ensures that SumUp follows the highest compliance standards and is compliant with all applicable AML regulations. In this role, you will provide support to our clients exclusively through non-voice communication (no phone) during daytime flexible hours.
