ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for managing the PCH (Personal Contract Hire) side of Retail Onboarding. You will be working alongside our sister company Personal Finance in assisting with the credit approval of our individual customers

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Review customer credit record, assessing whether we can offer leasing services to them.
• Administration tasks, such as Credit overrides, vulnerable customers, and credit increases.
• Managing the PCH appeals process when a customer has been initially declined for credit.
