Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out the onboarding process as per the Onboarding Checklist for candidates in line with company, client and legislative requirements (including client management systems, work permit applications, issuing contracts of employment, setting up payroll, coordinating issuing PPE etc)
  • Documenting process & procedures in line with ISO & client requirements
  • Undertake regular internal audits to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are delivered.
  • Ensuring appropriate and relevant documentation and record keeping is adopted to monitor quality and compliance
  • Delivering or arranging ad hoc compliance training for staff members when required
  • Collate audit information, generating and distributing regular and accurate reports to highlight risks to the business
  • Facilitate external audits and inspections from third parties
  • Accurately updating Company Management system
  • Taking minutes of meetings and circulating in a timely fashion including agreed action points where relevant
  • Maintaining company dairy, holiday schedule and coordinating holiday/ annual leave requests
  • Providing support for payroll processing
  • Providing accurate reporting on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis as required
  • Liaison with external suppliers when required
  • Supporting MD on company projects
  • Other administrative support as requested
