Working Setup: 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig) Work Hours: 11PM to 8AM Responsibilities: Onboarding & Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including training on tools, processes, and role-specific skills. Training & Development: Design and enhance training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth through coaching and upskilling. Performance Support & Evaluation: Monitor onboarding and training effectiveness through metrics, assess learner performance with feedback, and refine programs based on data and business priorities. Process Improvement & Documentation: Standardize onboarding and training for consistency and scalability and to update training materials and knowledge bases. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Operations to align training with business goals and serve as the onboarding support contact. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Excellent English communication At least 5 years experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS) At least 3 years tenure in Training Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking training effectiveness and KPIs. At least 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, learning & development, or related roles.
