The Onboarding Associate, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from ensuring a smooth and efficient biker onboarding experience to managing the inventory and data integrity of the entire process What you’ll be doing: ● Execute on-ground onboarding tasks including jersey sizing, ID picture taking, biker kit tagging, and releasing. ● Assist new bikers with the onboarding process, including Telegram group integration and application guidance. ● Manage biker kit inventory, conducting daily and monthly tallying, reconciliation, and preparing supplies for offsite activations. ● Maintain and update the biker onboarding masterfiles through accurate data entry, copying, pasting, and cleaning of biker details. ● Perform daily ad-hoc tasks including summary report updates, biker photo uploading, and assessment form management. Senior High School Graduate or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. At least with experience in an administrative, operations, or onboarding support role. Experience in logistics, inventory, or data entry is highly advantageous. Willingness to work on-site and travel to different activation locations as needed
