Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Once a partner has agreed to partner with us, you’ll own the relationship until they’re live and ready to accept orders. This will include retrieving onboarding details, uploading them to our systems, helping them to get set up, and handling any issues they have around launch.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with our Sales, Production, and Account Management team to ensure our new partner can seamlessly transition into their partnership with Deliveroo.
  • Work with the Partner Services team to refine and improve our processes.
  • Ensure partners are fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Assist the Commercial team in onboarding new partners
  • Respond to emails from our partners
  • Administrative assistance to restaurant partners until they go live
  • Resolve partner complaints via email or phone until they go live
  • Build relationships with new restaurant partners
  • Help the new partners with scheduling installation, training, and activation
  • Meet your KPI requirements
