American Cruise Lines is actively seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. A top-notch Onboarding Coordinator should be a great communicator with a flair for interacting with new people. Onboarding Coordinator responsibilities include scheduling start dates for new hires, gathering the necessary paperwork, teaching new hires about pay and basic job requirements, coordinating transportation to Training with our Travel Department, ordering uniforms, and answering any question prior to their start date.
