Position: Onboarding Coordinator Department: Human Resources Location: Reidsville, NC Reports to: HR Manager FLSA: Exempt     Drylock Technologies, a global leader in hygiene product manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Coordinator to support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth, positive start for all incoming employees.   The Onboarding Coordinator supports all aspects of the new hire onboarding process to ensure a positive, efficient, and compliant experience for employees. This role works closely with HR, Safety, Production, and IT to prepare new hires for success from their first day forward. The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in new hire engagement, retention, and communication across the organization.   Key Responsibilities * Coordinate pre-hire processes: paperwork, screenings, I-9s. * Communicate start dates, schedules and onboarding expectations.  * Lead first-day orientation and facility tours. * Collect onboarding feedback. * Prepare new hire materials, PPE, uniforms, and system access. * Conduct check-ins at 1 week, 30 days, and 90 days to support retention. * Maintain onboarding records and assist with HR projects and administrative support. * Lead engagement and culture-building activities as needed. * Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and quality.   Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification or associate degree a plus. * 1–3 years of HR, onboarding, or administrative experience (manufacturing preferred). * Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HR systems. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
