About the Role Combine your eye for detail with your technical skills to create templates and tools that make onboarding smooth and efficient for our clients. As an Onboarding Document Specialist, you’ll prepare base documents and linked Excel workbooks that integrate with RDG software. Your work ensures accuracy, compliance, and consistency, enabling our onboarding team to deliver exceptional client experiences. While client interaction is minimal, your contributions will have a significant impact on client success. What You’ll Do Build and maintain SEC filing and other base documents according to RDG standards. Develop and validate linked Excel workbooks; confirm formulas, named ranges, and data mappings. Proof, QA, and version control all templates; maintain organized repositories. Document SOPs and keep internal resources up to date. Collaborate with onboarding specialists to translate requirements into accurate templates. Perform test runs to verify compatibility and data integrity with RDG software. Identify and resolve template issues; escalate complex problems when necessary. Support post-onboarding template updates as clients adopt the system. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, references, data validation, links). Proficiency in Word or similar tools (formatting, styles, cross-references, table of contents). Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in situations with shifting priorities. Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain clear internal notes. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Previous experience in document preparation or technical template creation preferred. High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
