Job Title: Onboarding Manager Location: Home based with travel to the Milton Keynes office as required. Salary: £35,000 - Uncapped Commission with expected OTE £42,000 Contract Type: Permanent In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and onboarding SEB (Sage Employee Benefit) leads, using strong sales skills and a personable approach to embed the product within our clients’ businesses. You’ll engage leads through proactive outbound contact and deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate SEB’s value, driving customer buy-in and successful onboarding. You’ll also manage follow-ups with non-attending leads, handle objections effectively, and maintain accurate data and organisation to ensure a smooth customer journey. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver product demonstrations and discovery calls to acquire potential new high value customers Proactively contact new Sage leads with the view to combat any objections and onboard the customer onto the product. Reiterate the value of the SEB & understanding the customers’ needs Guide the client thorough uploading employee data onto the platform to onboard employees Obtain original sale documentation from Sage and confirm validity of sale and accuracy of client information Participate in the Implementation phase of the client journey when required Ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles, “Treating Customers Fairly” (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role: Confident B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs Demonstrated success in handling objections within a B2B environment Excellent client-facing communication skills across telephone and video Experience building rapport and credibility with senior B2B stakeholders Competent in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data Able to build and maintain effective working relationships based on trust, with the confidence to challenge when appropriate High levels of integrity and moral courage, demonstrating strong personal standards and commitment to company values No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
