Description
The Manual End-to-End Tester ensures the quality and reliability of our AI conversational application and other features. The ideal candidate is an experienced tester who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. -Monitoring and updating configurations in DynamoDB, s3, CloudWatch on AWS. -Contributing to the development of training materials and documentation. -Updating, implementing logic in Json files using AWS console -Contributing to fixing the issues that are escalated to the team or arise during the implementation of the projects. Other -Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information. -Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity and inclusion by treating every-one with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard and advocating change. Qualifications -At least 1 year of experience in manual testing -Solid understanding of the software development life cycle -Ability to create test plans and test cases -Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes -Ability to communicate effectively with developers and team members -Great attention to detail -Organizational skills -An analytical mind
